Jennifer Quart became a Realtor in 2010 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2017.
In that time, she's gained experience in Board governance and is excited to work with the leadership team at REBGV to progressively advance the profession and help navigate the significant changes it faces in the coming years.
She worked in the insurance and credit union industries before focusing her skills on her real estate career.
Through her work with REBGV's Richmond/South Delta/Gulf Islands Area, Jennifer realized the importance of giving back to her profession.
She has been involved with various RE/MAX fundraising initiatives and community organisations such as the Richmond Field Hockey Club.
Diana Dickey, Sutton Seafair Realty, has been a Realtor since 2010 and Managing Broker since 2019.
She holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC and a Diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She is a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and holds the R.I. (BC) designation.
Diana has volunteered with charitable and community organisations throughout her career, including REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive, REBGV Professional Conduct Committee, and the City of Richmond.
Aside from Diana’s interest in real estate, she also enjoys travel, dragon boating, snow boarding, and exploring nature with local hikes.

Located in Vancouver, BC, as one of the firm’s Residential and Multi-Family Market Specialists. Since joining Macdonald Realty in 2004, Matthew has successfully sold more than 50 multi-family real estate developments spanning from UBC to Kelowna and Vancouver Island.
A resident of Vancouver’s Westside, Matthew volunteers his time as a mentor and parent-coach in several youth community sports - soccer with Vancouver United FC and softball with Vancouver Minor Softball Association.
Matthew previously served on the Fundraising Committee for the BC Professional Fire Fighters Association Burn Fund for the construction of the Legacy Project and Patient Recovery Centre in East Vancouver, and the Planning/Development and Finance Committees at the Arbutus Club.
Matthew enjoys fishing, golf, hockey, and riding around town on his bicycle with his dog, Tucker.
Jeff King was named CEO of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) in October of 2021.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jeff served as the Chief Operating Officer for The Society of Composers, Authors, and Music Publishers of Canada.
Between 2020 and 2021, he also served as interim CEO of Dataclef, a back-office service provider to music rights organizations, and as Chair of the Board of Directors at DDEX, a standards-setting organization focused on creating digital value chain standards for the music industry.
In his time in the music industry, he was named the COO of the Year by M&A Today in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
He holds a BA Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University and his expertise in strategy, innovation, licensing, distribution, and corporate planning has made him a sought-after speaker at conferences around the world.
Daniel John has been a Realtor since 2005, and was first elected to REBGV's Board of Directors in 2018.
Daniel is currently the Program Head of the Professional Real Estate diploma program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a real estate instructor at Langara College. He also holds his professional R.I. Designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC and carries the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
He's volunteered with organizations such as the Richmond School District, Steveston Community Centre, and the REBGV Blanket Drive.
Raman Bayanzadeh is a principal of the CRE Investment & Development Team at Royal LePage Commercial. His background and strong analytical focus have enabled him to provide his commercial real estate clients with exceptional service in a variety of areas since 2007, primarily in land assembly and development, and the acquisition and disposition of income-producing assets. In the last 24 months, Raman has facilitated the sale of over $200 million of commercial and development assets.
As well as earning his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Raman has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration.
Raman is the current Candidate Guidance Chair and past president for CCIM Western Canada. He’s also the Regional 1st Vice-President for Region 12 (Canada) at the CCIM Institute. At the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Raman has served on its audit committee and currently sits on the BC Real Estate Association’s standard forms committee.
Jack's love for Real Estate started in 2007 working in-house for a developer on a new home community. Enjoying that experience, he was licensed in 2008 and has spent most of his 15 years focused in new home sales and development.
Being with rennie & associates for 13 years, he has experienced much of the development world’s nuances and now sits as vice-president working with many of Vancouver's top community builders.
Jack has served on and chaired the Board Development Committee for REBGV over the past three years and is excited to lean in as a director.
Bob Ingratta has served on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver since 2018.
Bob is a seasoned executive with CEO and Board of Directors experience to help capitalize on change, strategic planning, risk management, and sound governance.
Bob is currently Chair of a federal Commission in Ottawa; Vice-President and Treasurer of Azura Strata Council; and Past-President of an international regulatory organisation.
Bob lives in Vancouver and sails the Sunshine Coast and Gulf Islands.
Steve Jamieson was licensed in 1999 with RE/MAX and became a Managing Broker in 2008, and in 2017 became Director of Operations for Metro Vancouver Properties Group - an award winning group of seven RE/MAX offices with over 550 agents. He also served as the Chair of the RE/MAX Lower Mainland Broker Owner association for two consecutive years.
In 2018 he left RE/MAX to help found and manage a new real estate brand in the Lower Mainland – Stilhavn Real Estate Services. Since then, Stilhavn has expanded its operations to include offices in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler.
Steve enjoys water sports, is an avid traveller, cook, dog lover, and sci-fi geek.
Kathy is a seasoned financial executive and former chief operating officer of Coast Capital Savings, Canada’s largest Credit Union by membership. She was a key member of the executive team that led its transformation to one of the strongest performing Canadian credit unions.
She was recently appointed to the ICICI Bank Canada board of directors, and has served on several corporate and community boards.
Kathy has extensive experience managing large, complex businesses in Canada and internationally. Before joining Coast Capital, she was senior vice-president Premier Banking for HSBC where she led its global strategy and positioned Canada as one of its top global regions.
Kathy has a passion for volunteering and advocating for groups related to diversity, poverty, women, children, and seniors.
Kathy has been recognized for her leadership and community service. She was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in both 2016 and 2017.
Kathy is a graduate of the Queen’s University Executive Program and Institute of Corporate Directors, and a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Tony Payne, ICD.D, is a seasoned Business and Technology executive with extensive experience in information technology, strategic planning, finance, audit, business operations and corporate governance.
Prior to joining BCI, Tony held executive-level positions leading and evolving information technology departments, building high-performance teams, and spearheading digital transformations within a variety of industries including investment management, financial services, engineering and geomatics, hospitality and gaming.
Tony is an active board member, currently on public and private companies, and served as board chair as well as chair of Governance and Finance and Audit committees.
Tony holds an ICD.D designation and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics.
Randy Ryalls is an Industry veteran, a professional Realtor since 1988, and the Managing Broker of Royal LePage Sterling Realty since 2005.
Randy has served on many REBGV Committees as is known as a communicator and team builder.
He is active in his community having spent many years in the rain as a coach on the soccer pitch or as a volunteer with Strata or Community Policing.
Randy is an avid cyclist, fly fisherman, and musician.

Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese, Mark has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for a variety of charities through his work MCing bilingual galas, concerts, and other events.
Mark and his wife Angelina enjoy spending time with their two corgis, Burger and Patty, and look forward to welcoming their first child.
Sam Wyatt has been a Realtor since the 2000s. High integrity, honesty, and diligence are hallmarks of his work.
Amongst his diverse interests, he is a student of meditation and an avid mountaineer and outdoor enthusiast.
As an advocate for the practice of meditation, Sam provides free weekly meditation classes to the public every Tuesday evening at the Canadian Memorial Centre for Peace. He has been leading and teaching meditation for more than 25 years.
Sam has successfully scaled big peaks around the world including Denali (6194m) in Alaska, Huascuran (6768m - solo) in Peru, Cho-Oyu (8201m) in Tibet (with neither bottled oxygen nor sherpa support), and Mount Everest (8848m) via its North Ridge.
