This weekend is the last chance to donate to the 24th annual REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive.

The Blanket Drive is the largest and longest running program of its kind in the Lower Mainland. Over 150 real estate offices are serving as donation drop-off centres during this year’s program.

“We’re receiving donations in every community across the Lower Mainland right now, but the need is great and we’re looking for the public’s support to help us get a final push of donations this weekend,” Phil Moore, Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver president said. “We want to help as many people as we can.”

We encourage all Lower Mainland residents to bring donations to one of the participating real estate offices.

Items we need:

  • Blankets or sleeping bags, gently used or new
  • Warm clothing - coats, jeans, pants, sweaters
  • Hats, gloves, scarves, mittens
  • New socks and underwear

Since the Blanket Drive began in 1994, the program has helped more than 345,000 people in our communities keep warm and dry.
