REALTORS® in Burnaby, New Westminster and Tri-Cities raised nearly $10,000 for their REALTORS Care® charity, Tri-City Women’s Resource Society, at their annual golf tournament on September 14, 2010.
“REALTORS® work hard to support charities in their communities,” said Jake Moldowan, REBGV president.
“This generous donation will help the Tri-City Women’s Resource Society continue to serve and assist vulnerable women, children and families in the Tri-Cities area.”
The Tri-Cities Women’s Resource Society offers programs and services that address the needs of women and their families in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra.
Over the past three years, members have donated and fund raised more than $6.1 million for charity.
