Helpdesk

The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver has a dedicated Help Desk staff of trained computer support technicians to help its Members with computer questions and issues. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM except holidays. Please have your Membership number ready when you call, as you will be asked for this information. Also, please be at the computer with the system on when you call so that Technicians can walk through steps with you. If you require support outside of the Help Desk business hours, make note of any details you can, including the exact text of any error messages and what you were doing that led up to the problem or question and email these details to support@rebgv.org.
