Good governance allows the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) to operate professionally and productively.
The REBGV's Board of Directors oversees management, considers and approves on a continuous basis strategic alternatives and plans, and approves all major strategy and policy recommendations. In performing its functions, the Board of Directors has the responsibility and the mandate to make decisions in the interests of the REBGV.
